Is it possible to put a link to another page that's still in the same page? Such as.. you don't want to "lose" your page while 'uploading' to another. You don't want that 'break' inbetween, because the background is still going to be the same. So what I need is this little frame on my site to where I can change whatever writings to make my sites different. I don't know how to explain this.. hopefully you know what I mean.
