Hello Davide, With some of your recent updates I?m back with more questions. Get out the ?Raid?. (Insect Control.)
1. Are you now able to generate all HTML5 code with DHE? (This is a hot item in other forums.)
2. You can change the doctype (at any time) before and after an event, an add-in or inserting css and not have to insert the ?change doctype? code as it?s done for you? (This is a very hot item in other forums and the doctype issue is causing a lot of problems for people and the native HTML code of that program!)
3. The HTML editor appears to be as a standard editor, does it have code completion or is that something that could be for a future release?
4. Does the Forms Field Validation window have a special code (box) for the user to type in before closing and sending?
5. Are the tables in DHE created with HTML5? Can a table cover a whole page, be filled with text and used as a dynamic page? Or is this better done with your dynamic window feature?
Comment: You and your group are one of the few that respond to a feature request or what can be done with a no or yes in a timely manner. And if the answer is yes, you deliver in a generally short period of time, relatively speaking. You are really ?on the ball? as some of us say here. Your program certainly covers a lot of ground.
When Mr. Lorenzi or someone has time. Thanks a lot! Kind regards to all of you and your families. Donald
Update(Oct 15th, Noon EST:
Alright! It's lunchtime here (I'm at work)and didn't expect to see a reply. About #4, skip that, I don't understand either until I look at your program better. I certainly look forward to your future releases as many others are I'm sure.
The best to you and your staff! Donald |

Hello Donald,
1- yes, just choose "HTML5" in the page properties 2- yes 3- actually there is no code completition, the idea behind Dynamic HTML Editor is different, the user shoulnd't write html code if possible... 4- please explain better the problem, I'm not able to understand what do you need 5- the tables are created in html4 or html5 (depending on the page properties) but the size is always fixed in pixels, yes the table can contain text If you need to make some sort of adaptive background (that covers the page size 100%) use an "Infinity" object instead... |
Regards, Davide |
