Please see the help; just draw it into a page and setup its content.

Please explain me exactly the steps you do in order to make the error in IE7.
Be sure also to download and use the latest version because there was a bug some time ago.

well in the generel RRS feed seetings i write: title: Lars Bron?e; description: Private homepage; site URL: http://lars.bronee.org
I write nothing under "details"
In the "add RRS item" i write: title: chess; description: new game on playchess server; link: the link on my page about chess (http://lars.bronee.org/skak). Again i write nothing under details.
Then when i open the newest IE7 the massage is: no RRS feeds on this (my) page?

You are confusing the RSS feed, which is a simple XML, and your HTML page that contains a link to this file.

IE7 contains a RSS feed reader; I suppose you clicked on the generated RSS icon but after this you deleted the XML file from the disk so IE7 gives you the error when you try to open it.

Remove the Feed link from IE7 and you're done.
