Posted - 09 Apr 2004 : 00:04:47 Hello I am new to Dynamic HTML Editor. I tried some other WYSIWYG and a few had in commun the possibility to get the absolute link function when I published the pages. That would help me a lot when I decide to link a page to an other.Because "Dynamic HTML Editor" doesn't link a page to an other even in the same folder. Could someone help me ? |

Posted - 09 Apr 2004 : 15:48:33 If you want to make your link to work correctly you have to export the page and retry. You can link a page using absolute path writing in the href field 'file://c|/yourfile.htm' |

Posted - 09 Apr 2004 : 12:16:57 thanks for the reply, I made a mistake .I didn't mean "absolute link" but "absolute path". The problem : it is impossible for me to preview a link to a page in my browser. I get from the browser a message telling that it can't find the link to the page I indicated because he is looking in a temp folder. But all my html pages are located in a different folder. I would like to indicate to dhe where to search. I simply indicate the page name in the HRef field like indicated for a link page, but it is ignored in the preview.
I am so sad... |
