Is there any way to build a site with frames using Dynamic HTML Editor. By this I mean that there are bars around the edges of the page that never change, only the content of the page is changed or loaded.

You can try build a framset manualy and then add a single page edited by Dynamic HTML Editor...

actually there is no way to do frames using Dynamic HTML Editor.
Maybe in next version...

If you want you can do them by hand... [2 H:)]
