Hi,
I have some questions and problems with the dynamic editor 4.3.35.

How is it possible to create a gallery with tumbnails and on click on the image the user will see the picture in a bigger size?
I read all the help files and tutorials, but I couldn`t find anything. In the help file is a note about the Graphical Editor ? but in the toolbar is no Graphical Editor..??
I hope someone will have an advice or link to a tutorial.

thanks for andcice and answer

See if this is what you want...easy to just add a link to your gallery after construction.

You could use slidepic function for that. See this topic:

An example (sort of, I used textlinks) can be seen here:

In order to use the "Graphical Editor" select a tool on the left toolbar called "Graphical Canvas" but this will not help you in solving your problem.

The next version of D.H.W.E. will support plugins and one of these plugins does exacly what you need.

Tinos,

Welcome to the forum.

One method you could use is that of events -

"Assuming the thumbnail is picture2 and the large pic is picture1"

eg. *Select your smaller picture and add an event to it = onclick,show,picture1

Then you could add an event to the larger picture -

eg. *Select the larger picture add the event = onclick,hide,picture1

and so you could add the events as you go along to all the thumbs and larger pics.

(Just add some text on or under the pictures to show the viewer what to do)

I don't understand why you cannot see the graphic editor toolbar, I'm sure one the old veterans will be around to help you on this.

Cheers - George
