Is it normal, to have a nice transparency, in Opera and Ffox browser, but not in IE?

In IE, it?s like a waffle-pattern effect, not nice at all!! [2 :-((]

More important ?can I do something, to change that ugly effect?

We thank you

Yes because the label is transformed to graphical label and a graphical label is always antialiased
