An easy way you can find here http://mindpalette.com/scripts/keyword_nav/index.php
Just simple redirecting to a page depending on your password. Not highly secure but suitable for simple user pages.

Se vuoi una cosa molto semplice da fare senza l'utilizzo di un database puoi creare una pagina .ASP e cablare al suo interno gli utenti con le relative password. Se ti serve colgo l'occasione per creare l'esempio e pubblicarlo.
