Please help!!
I have not got satisfactory result with adaptation web to mobile using "<meta name=viewport content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">" and changing the design.

I need advice from someone who knows in depth DHE and good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
I beg indicate where to start if same web may serve to mobile desktop with DHE.
I'll have to learn how to create CSS files, but first I want to know if I can use them with DHE.
If it is possible, I need to know where to put the user code to call and use the CSS file.
thanks

you really sound so confused. did you already tried to look on the page properties? you might find answers there.

In the page properties you'll be able to link external css files
