Hello. I just purchased my first copy of DHE and after trialling it for a month am as excited as a kid at a birthday party. Ran into a little problem, though. I built a master page during the trial, and it looked fine in the trial version.

Now that I've downloaded 4.0, though, one image has dash marks all the way around, as if someone sewed around it with a sewing machine. All the other images are fine. This particular image is the only one on the page that is rotated. Could that have something to do with the problem?

I've tried fiddling with background colors and borders and anything else I could think of, and cannot get rid of those marks.

Any ideas what's causing them?

I said we intending the forum ;-)

My reply was:

I suppose the problem is caused by the fact that if you don't use the PNG32
support for images DHE will merge the image with the background so the image
looks perfect also with only 256 colors.
The problem raises up when you have the "center page" flag active because
when merging the image with the background DHE uses the actual position of
the image but when centered the image is moved from its original position so
you can see small imperfections

Try this:
1- try to remove the "center page" flag and watch the result

2- try to enable the PNG32 support (both in program settings and in the
project properties), re-enable the "center page" (if it was active) and
watch what happens.

Just curious. You say "...so we...", who's we. I thought you were only an I.

I just sent it to you, Davide, along with a screen shot of the image on the preview page.
