Hello

I figured out how it worked well again.
I went to my guest account, and that made a shortcut.
And it worked well.
Then back to my account
Started again "run as administrator"
Now that the weather is quite to my liking.

I put this down here so that others might have something to.

With regards
Hinke

Ps.: sorry for late response, due to health problems

I think the problem is related to a wrong configuration of your computer
I suggest you to act as follows:

1- uninstall the software
2- clean the windows registry with a software like "registry mechanic"
3- disable firewall and antivirus (some of them cannot be swiched off; in this case temporary remove them)
4- restart Windows
5- install the software again
6- eventually execute the software using "As administrator"
