This property permits you to assign UNICODE strings to controls in design mode. You can input UNICODE strings at design time only using this Panel.
PS. Sometime the Unicode Text or Tooltip is not saved after exiting from this custom window. This seems to be a VB6 bug; you can solve it by resizing whatever control on the form with the mouse.
